YOUR COMMITMENT: As long as you put in the work, attend and participate in every class, complete the required homework activities and review, you will be able to handle each of the role play activities by the end of the course.
OUR COMMITMENT: If we see that you are struggling or stuck at any point, you will be offered a private session to get you caught up OR we will re-enrolled in another course at no additional cost to give you the review and additional practice you need to confidently do the activities.

Payment & Cancellation Terms:
Conversation Foundations program includes access to Level 4, 5, and 6. As soon as each course level is completed, students will receive access to the next set of courses associated to the next level. Please read the following terms to understand what each plan includes.
Payment Plan Details:
This payment plan is set up to allow students to stop the plan between course level if necessary without losing access to courses they have already completed.
This is a 9 payment plan which provides access to the Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6 courses. Once all 9 payments, you will have up to 18 months to register for a total of 3 group courses.
• Level 4's access is covered by the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd payments in your payment plan. The Level 4 Course includes access to the Level 4 Story Course, the Level 4 Online Course, and the Level 4 small group lessons (2 x 50-minute lessons per week for 8 weeks).
• Level 5's access is covered by the 4th, 5th, and 6th payments in your payment plan. The Level 5 Course includes access to the Level 5 Story Course, the Level 5 Online Course, and the Level 5 small group lessons (2 x 50-minute lessons per week for 8 weeks).
• Level 6's access is covered by the 7th, 8th, and 9th payments in your payment plan. The Level 6 Course includes access to the Level 6 Story Course, the Level 6 Online Course, and the Level 6 small group lessons (2 x 50-minute lessons per week for 8 weeks).
Stopping Your Payment Plan Early:
• We recommend completing the payments up to the 3rd, 6th, and 9th payment to ensure you continue to have access to the online course lessons & materials for a period of one year.
• You may can cancel your payments at anytime. Just send us an email and we will stop the subscription within 48 hours.
• If an unexpected emergency arises and you cannot continue with a group classes you are enrolled in, your monthly payments will continue as scheduled and you will be able to re-enroll in another group course as soon as you can resume your studies.
• If you need or wish to repeat a course level, this will be considered one of the 3 group course credits which are included in the payment plan.
• If your payment fails and remains unpaid for more than 14 days, access will be removed from any uncompleted courses.
Changes to the Program:
Level 4, 5, and 6 are part of the Conversation Foundations Program is still in it's pilot program stage. This program may continue to have changes/modifications as we adjust the program to meet the needs of our students. Any changes will be made are always in the best interest of the majority of students.
Program Schedule:
• If a course level has fewer than 10 students enrolled, the start date may be postponed by 2 weeks.
• If an unexpected delay occurs with delivering the course lessons, students will be contacted and monthly payments will be paused or cancelled according to the delay/scenario.
